However, we understand that sometimes a costume might not be the perfect fit—literally or figuratively!
This policy is designed to make the return or exchange process as simple and enchanting as possible. Please read on to understand how we can help.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
- Return Window: We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. They must be in a resalable condition so they can bring joy to another customer.
- Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number ready or include the original packing slip.
The Enchanting Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Our Spellbook (Customer Service): Within 15 days of delivery, please send us an email at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we get all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
- Await Our Portal Key (Return Authorization): Our friendly customer service team will review your request and, if approved, email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without an RA number, as we cannot process it.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the original packing slip.
- Ship It Back: Mail your return package to the address provided by our team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Let the Magic Happen: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange!

Refunds: Getting Your Gold Back
- Timing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return once it arrives at our warehouse. After processing, your refund will be issued.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that depending on your bank or PayPal account, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to be fully posted to your account.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
International Returns (Outside the US)
For our international customers (excluding Asia and remote areas), the return process is the same. However, you are responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable customs duties or taxes incurred when sending the package back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
