We work our magic to get your costumes to you as quickly as possible! Here’s how it works:
- Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare and pack your order.
- Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
- Shipping Areas: We ship globally! However, please note we are currently unable to deliver to Asia and a few remote areas.

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!
- Return Window: We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. They must be in perfect, resalable condition to bring joy to another customer.
- Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number ready or include the original packing slip.
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following specialty items due to hygiene reasons:
- ADULT CARNIVAL COSTUMES FOR SHOWS
- Any items from the CARNIVAL COSTUMES PLUSH TOYS FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD category
These items are final sale.

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Our Spellbook (Customer Service): Within 15 days of delivery, please send us an email at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure we have all the information we need to help you quickly.
- Await Our Portal Key (Return Authorization): Our friendly customer service team will review your request and, if approved, email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Please do not send anything back without an RA number, as we will be unable to process it.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the original packing slip.
- Ship It Back: Mail your return package to the address provided by our team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item).
- Let the Magic Happen: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange!

💳 Refunds: Getting Your Gold Back
- Timing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return once it arrives at our warehouse. After processing, your refund will be issued.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Depending on your bank or PayPal account, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to be fully posted.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
🌍 International Returns (Outside the US)
For our international friends, the return process is the same. However, you are responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable customs duties or taxes incurred when sending the package back to us. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
