2.1 Product Description

We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, colors, and images, but actual products may slightly differ due to display settings and photography limitations. If the product you receive differs significantly from the description, please refer to our Return Policy.

2.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Although we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error, we reserve the right to cancel any order.

2.3 Product Availability

All products are subject to stock availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

2.4 Hygiene and Safety Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Adult carnival costumes for shows
• Carnival costumes plush toys for early childhood

3.1 Order Process

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This only confirms that we have received your order and does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship your order.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal

All payments are processed in USD. Your credit card company or payment processor may charge additional currency conversion fees.

3.3 Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our Return Policy.

4.1 Shipping Areas

We ship to most regions worldwide, but currently cannot ship to Asia and some remote areas.

4.2 Shipping Options and Time

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Orders require 1-2 business days to process and arrive within 10-15 business days after shipping. Flat shipping fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 are shipped via EMS free of charge. Orders require 1-2 business days to process and arrive within 15-25 business days after shipping.

These are estimated times. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

4.3 Import Taxes and Duties

For international orders, you may be responsible for import taxes, duties, and fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not related to Party Costume Store.

4.4 Delivery Issues

If you have not received your order by the estimated delivery date, please contact us at [email protected], and we will assist in tracking your package.

5.1 Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept most items for return or exchange within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your item
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
4. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
5. Ship the package to the provided return address

Please note that unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5.4 International Returns

For international returns, you are responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable customs duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

All content on the Party Costume Store website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Party Costume Store or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary information without our express written consent.

Party Costume Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of our website or the purchase of products from us.

Our liability for any product shall be limited to the purchase price paid for that product. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
